Using you social network is easy, particular if you get a few pointers.

vTeam staff have the abilty to login into your computer (if you agree) to help you navigate around the system. Remote Access is safe and secure each connection is based on a connection ID generated by you and once the connection is lost then we do not store any of your details in our systems.

To Start a Remote Access Session you will need to download and run a very small application on you computer so you can generate the connection ID. You will need to call vTeam staff to guide you through the process. If you would like to contact us by email select Contact Us

You will see a screen with an ID and password which you will need to give over the phone to your vTeam Support Staff.
